Circle morphs into Colin

The first task in my animation degree, the idea being every student would create a circle morphing into a subject of choice and then changing back. All would be played one after the other, resulting in a Circle constantly morphing in and out of different images.

I choose to morph my circle into a bird whom i've named Collin, only because i'm usure of the type of bird! He seems like a firey character. I feel I could have worked the timing a bit better as it seems very fast in some places and too slow in others, colour would really help as well!
