Ident Project

We started learning Adobe After Effects and to put our skills into practise by making a short ident for our course at the uni. We were asked to include footage from our experimental project.

I found this quite hard to grasp throughout the project, but now i've finished creating it, i'm really happy with how the luma mattes worked out. Not so happy with the end as it's not really exciting enough? Seems more like something which would appear at the end of a feature length film, whereas I was hoping to create like a channel advert which is fast and snappy. I'm happy with this overal though!
