Pre: Idea Development

I decided to follow the 'Grass isn't greener' story. Heres the basic idea:

-Nurse Jenny was unhappy with her current situation working in hospital
-After years of consideration she finally transfers to work on a cruise ship
-This turns out to be worse, as all her patients turn out to be drunk and irresponsible tourists
-When the boat returns she changes back to land
-‘The Grass isn’t always greener on the other side’

I shall be pitching this idea later. I'm quite nervous because I dont really like this idea very much, it seems to be lacking something? Although, thinking back to some of the Aesops Fables, they were quite short and simply portrayed the moral.
